My second post about the English Council for Liberal Democrat Voice

As mentioned in a previous post I have started writing about the Liberal Democrats’ English Council for Liberal Democrat Voice.

Last Sunday (I am getting behind) saw my second post on that subject. This one was looking at the main item of business at this month’s meeting of the English Council which is a change to the rules of how local parties are organised.
