Back with a vengeance
I’m back blogging and this time I’m angry!
This blog has gone though another of its quiet periods, an odd time for one really given the Lib Dems are in the middle of a leadership election. But it has been in part my disenchantment with this election that has led to me feeling, essentially, that I couldn’t be arsed. I have been busy with other things, but I’ve also been going through another one of my bouts of generalised grumpiness.
However, the other day I decided to give my self a good shake, turn this generalised grumpiness into some focused positive energy, and start blogging in earnest. I have things that I want to say, so I should just get on with saying them. (Whether anyone will want to read it is another matter.)
Yet, when I do post about things that have annoyed me I am going to try a little less to be reasonable and let a little more of my anger show. It is time to get more polemical. My aim then is, at least over the next few months, is to post more regularly and to hopefully post with a lot more bite.
We will see how I get on.
Although I should also say that another motivating factor is my newly purchased Asus EeePC which, putting a few quibbles with the interface aside, is a lovely piece of kit. It will enable me to do something I haven’t been able to do properly since the demise of my beloved Psion Series 5, that is to write stuff on the train.
